The Lemoine Company in Lafayette, Louisiana has decided to utilize Paperless Environment's pVault(TM) and pFlowAP(TM) to move existing image files from their file server to the pVault(TM) repository. Mark Broussard, Controller, states, "This should give us the management and organization on these files that we were looking for, and also provide extended security for Inter/Intranet deployment."

The Lemoine Company also plans to implement pFlowAP(TM) to increase the speed and efficiency of accounts payable invoice approval processes. By utilizing the electronic routing functionality, The Lemoine Company hopes to increase invoice payment turnaround by over 75% giving them the opportunity to take advantage of vendor discounts on material purchases.

HCSS, a Houston based software company that specializes in construction industry software, has purchased the pVault(TM) system to index and store customer/vendor records. Seth Dawson, President of Paperless Environments states, "They were running out of office space and were going to have to make a decision to rent additional space on another floor. With pVault(TM), they will be able to convert a large room used for storing customer files to office space which should defer that decision for a while."
